The African Nations Cup semi-final was halted when Ghana fans was attacked by home fans.
The semi-final, which was played at Nuevo Estadio de Malabo (Equatorial Guinea) was stopped 8 minutes from time when violence occurred in the stand.
With Ghana leading 3-0, fans of Equatorial Guinea started to attack the away fans and pelted them with missiles. The group of Ghana was had to escape their sector and gathered behind one of the goals to avoid the home fans.
Police moved in, even with help of a helicopter, and emptied some of the home sectors before the match could continue after a 40 minute long break.
