Uruguay: Opening match in Peñarol's new stadium!

For many years Peñarol played their matches at the national stadium Estadio Centenario in Montevideo, shared with their main rival Nacional.

Finally supporters of Peñarol got their own home!

Monday evening was the first match in newly opened Estadio Campeón del Siglo. Match was played against River Plate (Argentina).

The new stadium looks really nice (not too much modern shit) and fans made a fantastic show in this opening match.
